Refunds and Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and cancellations
Contact us within: 3 days of delivery

We don't accept exchanges
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
If you do not contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, we will assume you are happy and the transaction will be finalized.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Additional non-returnable items:
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
• Custom or personalised orders. Paintings or Prints with added an additional Floating Frame by a professional framer are Custom Orders and are non-returnable.
• Digital downloads
• Items on sale
Conditions of Return
If you need to return your item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Item must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt, with tracking for a refund. All items must be returned in their original condition. Once the item is received we will issue the refund.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Giving of wrong address is responsibility of the buyers.
If a painting (or print) is "Returned to Sender" and needs to be shipped back out, the buyer is responsible for extra shipping costs.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We ship all over the world and all artworks are packed very carefully in custom made cardboard boxes with layers of bubble wrap to protect them from shipping damages.
All Unstretched (Rolled) Paintings or Prints on Canvas are rolled and shipped in extra strong 3mm wall cardboard tubes.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary.
What happens if my print(s) or painting(s) is damaged?
Shipping damage must be reported immediately once package is received.
❗NOTE: DON'T sign a damaged package!! It's shipper responsibility to return it to the sender and don't worry - we will arrange for a replacement.
If something is wrong, will file a claim with the shipper. The buyer is required to send us:
1) photos of the damaged item/s,
2) photos of the packing materials.
3) photos of the shipping container/box.
In addition, the buyer must be certain to hold on to the damaged item/s and packaging materials in case the shipper wants to inspect them.

What is the difference between INCH and CM?
- Inches ('') are used in the American metric system and centimetres (cm) in the European one.

What ''Rolled'' and ''Ready to Hang'' Canvas means?
▼ Rolled Canvas = means that it comes without the stretcher bars. The canvas will have an additional Approx. 2" white border for frame or stretching. It will be mailed to you rolled up and shipped in a tube. You could then take this to a framer and it get mounted, framed, or stretched; or if you are really handy you can stretch it yourself.
▼ Ready to Hang = means stretched canvas on 1.6"(4 cm) wooden bars with mirrored sides. No need framing or stretching. Just hang up on your wall and enjoy it!

Yes, depending on our schedule and what you have in mind. Feel free to contact us with any questions, concerns or for any custom artwork requests and special orders. We'll be happy to create something special for your home, office or project.
Unclaimed Packages/Incorrect Address
Please double check the shipping address prior to submitting an order!
Anything returned to us or lost due to an incorrect address or due to being unclaimed/unsuccessful attempts for delivery will result in new shipping charges, which will be the responsibility of the buyer, once we receive the items back.
International buyers are responsible for any customs/taxes/duty fees if applicable.
Is my shipping tracked?
Yes, it is. We will send you a tracking number which will enable you to track your package. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details and expected delivery date.
All shipments will require a signature on delivery.
